Arrival and Dismissal

Arrival Procedures

• Doors open at 7:15am for students.
• PreK, Kinder (and older siblings), Daycare & Bus Riders are dropped off the Metker Loop.
• 1st - 5th grade are dropped off at the back by the gym.
• Parents need to remain in their vehicles. A staff member will assist students exiting vehicles

Dismissal Procedures

*Students may not be picked up after 2:30pm. Dismissal is at 3:15pm. 

*Any change of transportation needs to be communicated with the front office by 2:30pm.

• Car Riders
  • PK students and their older siblings will be picked up on the side of Metker loop.
  • Kinder-5th grade:
    • Students are picked up at the back near the gym.
  • Parents need to remain in their vehicles. A staff member will assist students getting into vehicles
  • Dismissal tag needs to be displayed.
• Walkers
  • PK students and their older siblings will be picked up on the side of Metker loop by the fence.
  • Kinder & 1st grade students are picked up at the front foyer.
  • 2nd-5th grade walkers will be located at the grade level post in the front of the school.
  • Dismissal tag is required for ALL GRADE LEVELS
• Bus and Daycare
  • Students wait to be picked up in the cafeteria.
  • Bus students have to qualify based on the address that was entered during enrollment.

Dismissal Tags

• Every student will be issued a dismissal tag.
• If a parent/guardian does not have a dismissal tag for students, they will need to bring their government issued ID to have their child released to them.
